  • Printable Registration - Print and fax (or mail) with payment by credit card, purchase order, or check. Do not send payment by mail after August 28, 2008.
  • Registration Confirmation - Access your confirmation using the code you selected at sign up.

Go to the CSAS Membership List to see if your organization is already a member.

  • Remain a nonmember - register for conference using nonmember rate online or by fax or mail.

  • All registrations are transferable.
  • Cancellation requests received by August 15, 2008 in writing (or by email) will be refunded after September 26, 2008 (less a $50 administrative fee). No other refund requests can be honored.
